About the Position

R20-30k salary depending on experience

  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Staff supervision essential (min 3-5 staff)
  • Own vehicle and valid SA driver's licence
  • Project planning experience
  • Liaising with attorneys and office staff on conveyancing concerns
  • Effective administration and registration for internal and external properties
  • Attending Project management meetings
  • Drafting contract / agreements
  • Assist sales with legal matters
  • Check finances prior to registration
  • Attend to all payments
  • Record keeping
  • Month end reports
  • May be required to work occasional overtime
